Customer Information

The Customer Information page is where you create a user name and password and enter your address and other information. Note: Your User Name and Password must each be at least six digits long. Choose a User Name and Password which will be easy to remember and/or write it down and keep it in a place where you can easily access this information. You will need to enter your user name and password every time you login to access the site.

This page is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which means that all entries on this page are encrypted and cannot be "seen" by anyone other than Mitchell 1 over the Internet.

To complete the Customer Information page:

1. Carefully fill out each of the fields and click the check box agreeing to the license agreement. You will be asked to verify your password and email by a second blind entry. This is to prevent possible errors.

2. Once you have completed the form, click the Submit button.

You will be directed to the secure Payment Information page to enter your credit card information or the Activation Number if you have a prepaid card.
