How To: Access Vehicle Information | Add a New Vehicle to Your Account | Extend a Subscription

Account Management (My Garage)

click the "Go to My Garage" icon to return to Account ManagermentThe Account Management/My Garage screen is where you access information for your purchased vehicles. You can also add additional vehicles or extend subscriptions from this screen. You can access the Account Management screen from anywhere in the program by clicking the Go To My Garage link.

To Access Vehicle Information:

1. Click on the link of the active vehicle you want to work with.

2. Choose the type of information you desire to access: Repair, Technical Service Bulletin, or Maintenance.


To Add an Additional Vehicle to your Account:

1. Click the Add New Vehicle button.

2. Select the Vehicle you want to add from the Year, Make, and Model selection screens.

3. You will be taken to the Customer Information screen where you will accept the License Agreement, then click the Submit button.

4. Enter your Activation Number or Credit Card Information (Credit Card users only: select Duration, and verify billing information). Then click the Submit button.

5. Confirm your subscription by verifying your Address and Billing Totals, then click the Submit Order button.

6. The Confirmation Receipt page is displayed. You can print and keep this page for your record as a confirmation of your subscription.

7. Click the Finish button. You are taken to the Account Management page. You can now click on your selected vehicle to access information.


To Extend a Vehicle Subscription:

1. Click the Extend button for the active or inactive vehicle you want to extend.

2. You will be taken to the Customer Information screen where you will accept the License Agreement, then click the Submit button.

3. Enter your Activation Number or Credit Card Information (Credit Card users only: select Duration, and verify billing information). Then click the Submit button.

4. Confirm your subscription by verifying your Address and Billing Totals, then click the Submit Order button.

5. The Confirmation Receipt page is displayed. You can print and keep this page for your record as a confirmation of your subscription.

6. Click the Finish button. You are taken to the Account Management page. You can now click on your selected vehicle to access information.
